Congratulations Ethan M.

 

Well done to all our students who submitted fantastic stories and illustrations of our community as part of the Carpet Court Storybook Challenge. Congratulations to Ethan M in Grade 2 who won the Challenge. Ethan won $250.00 worth of books for himself and $1000.00 worth of books for our school. An outstanding achievment!

Toys In Motion - Grade 2B --

Grade 1 and 2 attended an incursion (15th May, 2012) exploring physics concepts through the use of toys. They learnt about the concepts of push and pull, friction, gravity, tension and torque. They enjoyed testing theories and learning about how and why things move or don’t move. They enjoyed being scientists for the day!
